decent stay

sandy beach snack bars coral reef unhelpful people taxi service main gate

The hotel has a sandy beach that i found beautiful. There are MANY restaurants and snack bars AVAILABLE. The coral reef is a wonderful sight for snorkeling.

The people AT reception were not very helpful after CHECKING in. You cannot be picked up by your own taxi at THE hotel. Then you have to walk the about 2 km out to the main gate IF you don't want to use their taxi.

The beach was nice and calm. That much is true.

We did not receive the room we booked upon arrival. we were told we got an upgrade but the replacement was far inferior. the mattresses were stained. The room was dirty, and changing rooms was necessary the following day.

The hotel offers great sea views with entertainment programs. The staff was lovely and helpful, especially in addressing my gluten-free needs. The food and beverage team adapted menus accordingly. I was ALWAYS busy with activities like yoga and dance. This. The receptionists were very kind and helpful to me .

close beach amazing foods room sink poor wifi rude staff late gym

this hotel! i must say, it blew me away. the beach was super close. i walked right into the warm water. the restaurants had amazing foods. i also like the room had two sinks.

not a fan. the wifi was a nightmare. i tried like ten times just get a connection. some staff are use rude language. i hear them talking about guest outfits. the gym always open very late.

friendly staff clear water old tv lobby wifi

The staff were always eager to help, and their friendliness. the beach had a fantastic view and the water was clear. it was easy to relax there. Plus, the beach was close to my room.

I found the tv in my room to be quite old. It didn't have many channels. the wifi was only available in the lobby! though it was nice to have some access. I would have preferred it in my room.

sticky plates constant vendors

The plates at the restaurant were sticky and was poorly washed. I observed yellowish residues daily. i reported this, but staff seemed dismissive. also, vendors on the beach constantly approached me to sell services, it made relaxation impossible.

beach location friendly staff ample staff

The beach location impressed me. I found great sunbeds. Snorkeling near the hotel was a great experience. The staff was also very friendly. I appreciated their attention. Rezk Adef handled my check-in and was kind. The hotel has plenty of staff members ensuring service.
